<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR a minimum of 2 years related experience and / or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 3 years Network Administration experience * Minimum 1 year of supervisory / management experience * Direct experience administering phone systems in a call center environment * Direct experience with Storage, Windows Servers, VMware, and MS Exchange * High level of analytical skills to solve complex problems * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Skills to multi-task with frequent interruption * High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others * Knowledge of the technologies and principles supporting a switched network environment PREFERRED: * Experience in Shortel and ECC call center management software JOB DUTIES: * Plan, administer and maintain all network, telecommunication and server systems, components and services * Assist in evaluating current and foreseeable future requirements to determine appropriate solutions * Resolve problems and develop operational procedures * Monitor network, servers, desktop systems, and applications on a regular basis in order to identify potential problem areas and ensure prompt corrective action * Proactively manage Windows servers and system backups * Administer MS Exchange * Be responsible for all aspects of telecommunications infrastructure * Administer and monitor the VOIP phone system and ACD functionality * Work closely with call center managers to ensure telecommunication systems are aligned with the business strategy * Train employees on the use of various telecommunication components including ACD reporting systems, ACD servers, voice recording equipment, telephone sets, and voicemail systems * Maintain all security systems including firewalls, vpn, patch management, and antivirus software * Develop security documentation including policies, performs analysis on security accreditation documentation, develops security requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and information security solutions * Update and test the security plan, disaster recovery plan and incident response plan annually HOURS: * Full-time, day shift * Position requires availability for some off hour work for patching and on call rotation 1 week per month LOCATION: Portland 97223 </font></td>
