<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Nike.com Global Experience Director<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00077674<BR>As our Nike.com Global Experience Director, you will provide strategic leadership and direction in the development of the Nike.com consumer experience platform with a sharp focus on shopping experiences. You will champion 'Nike.com' vision across Nike Functions (IT, DTC, GDC, Global Digital Brand, and Digital Sport) to bring to life a single integrated experience for our Nike consumer across devices (mobile, desktop). You will be a leader who will initiate and drive development against the vision for both short term pilots and the longer term, strategic vision.<BR><BR>You will be accountable for the development and evolution of the Nike.com consumer experience platform strategy for Global Digital Commerce. You will be responsible for defining the experience roadmaps in support of 'shopper paths' on Nike.com to include: merchandising, customization, checkout, wishlisting, upm, site navigation, as well as defining GDC's strategy for distributed and mobile eCommerce. You will lead and direct all user experience development projects, providing concept, direction, vision, and critical evaluation of projects effecting the Nike.com consumer experience. You will collaborate closely with Digital Technology, Global Digital Brand, and Digital Sport groups to align experience goals and roadmaps and to provide the day-to-day support necessary to continually launch new experiences for the Nike consumer. You will direct the creative team(s) at our interactive agencies in the design and development of digital concepts, prototypes, and production ready consumer experiences. You will also own, establish, and manage creative development budgets for Nike.com.<BR>You will be responsible for the development of a small team of user experience professionals including experience managers, digital products, and planners. You will create an atmosphere that fosters innovative thinking, collaboration, teamwork, and responsiveness. You will act as the lead 'facilitator' for cross functional teams (indirect reports) throughout user experience concept development and design. You will work as part of a 'virtual' leader across Digital Sport, Digital Brand, and Digital Sport to provide the leadership and support for the broader Nike Digital team. You will also lead forward-thinking concepting exercises to establish new benchmarks in consumer experience. Additionally, you will participate in the search and vetting of new partners / new technologies that can help Nike evolve the consumer experience.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>? Bachelor's degree in graphics, architecture, or related field<BR>? Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in design, design management, and/or interactive digital development<BR>? At least 5 years of increasing responsibility in a leadership capacity specific to digital experience development<BR>? Excellent oral and written communications </font></td>
