<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Nurse Manager<BR> <BR>Department Outpatient Adult BMT Infusion Unit and Oncolgy Treatment Unit<BR> <BR>Location MNP 2210<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> FTE: 1.0; Schedule: Five days a week with flexible weekend call; Salary range: $83,028 - $132,906 annually; Location: Marquam Hill.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The Nurse Manager provides leadership to the Outpatient Adult BMT Infusion Unit in the Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) in Multnomah Pavilion and to the Oncology Treatment Unit at the Center for Health and Healing (CHH). S/he plans for and develops the clinical programming of these units, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. S/he is responsible for guiding/overseeing day-to-day clinical operations. S/he is responsible for all human resources functions including clinical compliance and staff development. The Nurse Manager works in collaboration with the Director of CHM and the Practice Manager of CHH. This position reports to the CHM Director in collaboration with the Oncology Associate Hospital Administrator. The Nurse Manager ensures seven days a week effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures. Partners with medical providers and other disciplines to assure quality patient/family centered care.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Bachelor or Science in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare related, earned or in progress. Two (2) or more years experience in a progressively increasing managerial/ supervisory roles in a hospital or medical group management setting. Strong analytic skills; competency with Excel and other databases. Demonstrated organization skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Demonstrated communications, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting. Preferred: Ambulatory Care experience. Experience with an oncology and/or BMT population.
