<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_19116<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health for a day shift position at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Be accountable for the planning, direction and twenty-four hour operations of the designated units/department(s).<BR>* Perform all duties in a manner that supports a collaborative planning and quality improvement process, enhancing recovery oriented patient care.<BR>* Be responsible for the administration and management of the unit(s), including the environment, resources, staff and fiscal management.<BR>* Provide leadership and vision that promotes team concept, caring, respect, patient centered care and reflects the philosophy, mission and core values of Providence and the Behavioral Health Division. Promote cost effective patient care and develops and supports empowered staff.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>BSN<BR>* <BR>CPR certification.<BR>* Minimum, five years of supervisory and management experience (2-3 years of which includes experience with managing daily operations, staffing and budgets) in previously held positions in psychiatric units.
