<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Nurse Practitioner-Cardiology<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_15734<BR><BR>Providence is calling a part-time Nurse Practitioner for a day shift position at Providence Oregon Clinic Building in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Be responsible for providing competent medical care in the Clinic in accordance with the professional scope of practice and current State of Oregon regulatory statutes, and while on duty, will function in the department with responsibilities to evaluate all patients within the triage guidelines established for the Prompt Care Services.<BR>* Take patient?s history.<BR>* Perform physical examinations, diagnosis and therapeutic treatment planning within the scope of practice, and also interprets physical, psychosocial and preventive health data to determine patient needs and problems.<BR>* Also plan the appropriate therapeutic measures, including the ability to prescribe medications as allowed by scope of practice and pharmacy formulary.
