               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Nurse Practitioner-Providence Cancer Specialty Clinics<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_13971<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Nurse Practitioner for a day shift position at Providence Cancer Specialty Clinics in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Work collaboratively with Program Medical Directors in the development, administration and clinical operations of assigned Cancer Center Programs and or clinics.<BR>* Work with interdisciplinary team members, surgeons, interventional radiologists, oncologists, radiation oncologists and referring physicians to evaluate and treat patients, and to educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding cancer, research and surgical care issues.<BR>* Facilitate and coordinate patient care through medical procedures, inpatient and outpatient care and follow-up.<BR>* Work within Oregon Board of Nursing''s scope of practice for nurse practitioners.<BR>* Assist in the development and performance of Program and Cancer Center?s educational activities, program evaluation and outcomes research.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Current State of Oregon nurse practitioner licensure.<BR>* Specialty certification appropriate to job required (FNP, ANP).<BR>* Prescriptive drug privileges and DEA number.<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include : <BR><BR>* Experience with oncology populations, AOCN or AOCNP preferred.<BR>* Breast Care Clinic and or Women''s Health exp<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
