               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Office Coordinator<BR>Department: GI Associates Clinic (7220)<BR>Salary: Dependent on experience<BR>Schedule: Full-time<BR>Hours: 80 hrs/pp<BR>Job Details: - 5 years experience required<BR><BR>This position is responsible for the daily supervision and support of Gastroenterology Associates, PC Clinic. This role will coordinate staff and daily operations. The role will also perform hands on functions involving coding/billing and managing clinic financial statements The individual will collaborate with the physician(s),providers, and staff to support quality care measures and provide the patient and customers with excellent service. This role will work with the Adventist Health Medical Group management team to provide for effective and efficient management of the clinic.<BR>Qualifications: High school diploma, college preferred. <BR>Experience:  Minimum of five years experience working in a clinic or health care setting with coding and billing experience required. GI coding, preferred. Lead or supervisory experience preferred.<BR>Skills:Strong communication skills and leadership ability. Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions. Strong electronic medical record skills and ability to be a super user.
