Duties include (but are not limited to):<BR>* Serves as secretary to a department, committee, team, or one or more individuals<BR>* Handles a variety of correspondence, reports, memos, applications from general instructions<BR>* Determines proper formats and modes of address for letters and reports<BR>* Reads, sorts, and distributes incoming mail<BR>* Organizes and maintains filing systems<BR>* Files information in policy, procedure, and other manuals<BR>* Maintains supervisor's calendar; schedules appointments for one or more individuals<BR>* Makes travel and meeting arrangements<BR>* Types itineraries and agendas; takes minutes at meetings<BR>* Prepares expense claims<BR>* Maintains attendance and other Human Resource and payroll records for the work unit<BR>* Orders office supplies and maintains inventory<BR>* Performs billing for services acquired at OHSU or its facilities<BR>* Responds to inquiries about specific OHSU locations and rental space, directs inquiries as necessary<BR>* Explains processes and procedures to customers<BR>* Provides information about services available<BR>* Receives payments for services, receipts, balances receipt and cash and make change<BR>* Gives tours of OHSU campus when needed<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> <BR>Required:<BR>* An Associate's degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology;-OR-A Bachelor's degree and six months of general office or secretarial experience;-OR-One year of general office or secretarial experience,-OR-an equivalent combination of training and experience<BR>* Ability to walk and explain history, and mission to variety of non-OHSU audiences<BR>Preferred:<BR>* Experience with ORACLE<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>How To Apply <BR> <BR> <BR>THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION<BR>Apply here online.
