You would be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting customers as they have questions regarding product and services. Duties include: stocking the assigned territory and locations, greeting, demonstrating data and products, providing contract pricing, qualifying customers for updates and add-a-line benefits, etc.<BR><BR>Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to return. This is a 40 hour work week - must be flexible and available to work days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Sales Rep must have current driver?s insurance and reliable transportation and have the ability to travel between multiple indirect store locations.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.<BR>? Clean Driving Record Required.<BR>? Candidates must also pass a background and drug screening.<BR>? STRONG SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE/MARKETING RETAIL AND/OR CELLULAR EXPERIENCE. PREFERRED<BR>? A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (retail sales/ /cellular experience a plus).<BR>? Well developed conversational and listening skills a must.<BR>? Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills required.<BR>? Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner, including handling irate customers in a way that brings the interaction to a positive conclusion.<BR>?
