               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Outpatient Coder Oncology SE<BR>Location: Oregon-Clackamas<BR>Job Number:_14339<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Coder- Outpatient for a day shift position at Providence Clackamas Oncology Center in Clackamas, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Apply the principles of coding, clinical standards, Medicare requirements, and knowledge of prospective payment systems to the selection of correct ICD-9 diagnosis codes, CPT procedure codes and E & M codes.<BR>* Work with Providence Health Services team, the regional business office and access services to correct errors and resolve billing questions.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* HS Diploma or GED. <BR>* Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentialing required or Five years experience working as a coder in Physicians office.<BR><BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Some college preferred.<BR>* Evaluation & Management coding with emphasis on Specialty strongly preferred. <BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
