               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Packaging Equipment Services Supervisor<BR>Tracking Code<BR>2104<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Supervises a group of Packaging Technicians and/ or service parts staff, to provide technical support and service to packaging equipment customers within an assigned geographic area. Ensures customer service agreements are met, services and support are provided in a complete and cost effective manner, and employees operate safely and competently in the performance of their duties.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities<BR>* Supervise packaging tech staff, including:<BR><BR>* Managing concurrent projects and assignments on time and to specs, accomplishing goals by working through others<BR>* Determining appropriate staffing levels and positions and selecting staff<BR>* Establishing goals and objectives with staff; communicating performance expectations<BR>* Scheduling and assigning work<BR>* Monitoring and coaching work performance; rewarding and recognizing performance<BR>* Maintaining all required employee recordkeeping<BR>* Ensuring employee and product safety<BR>* Providing job and skill development opportunities<BR>* Managing employees in remote locations<BR>* Manage packaging equipment support services, including:<BR><BR>* Ensuring provision of cost effective, complete technical equipment maintenance and installation support to customers and sales reps<BR>* Maintaining familiarity with customer service agreements<BR>* Working directly with customers and sales reps to develop or identify equipment applications<BR>* Working with suppliers and vendors to coordinate delivery and maintenance of packaging equipment<BR>* Maintaining broad knowledge of packaging applications and equipment, both vendors and equipment<BR>* Maintaining broad knowledge of packaing equipment maintenance practices and standards<BR>* Developing and providing product demonstrations<BR>* Ensuring appropriate service tracking, costing and billing<BR>* Maintaining required records<BR>* Coordinating and communicating across work functions and locations<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>* 5+ years of supervisory experience in a Packaging Equipment Services environment<BR>* Must have experience with stretch wrappers, case handlers, shrink wrappers, palletizers, etc.<BR>* Must be willing to serve as working supervisor<BR>* Requires excellent organizational and leadership skills<BR>Location<BR>May be based in Portland, Seattle or other Northwestern metropolitan area.<BR>Job Location<BR>PORTLAND, OR, US.<BR>Position Type<BR>Full-Time/Regular<BR>Salary<BR>TBD-TBD                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
