Consider joining our team.<BR><BR>Manage a team of highly technical professionals, including attorneys, focused on sharing expertise and educating colleagues, advisors and clients (both potential and current) on complex rules to enable accurate operation for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Create strong working relationships with, and understand the needs of, business partners in Retirement Plans. Advocate for solutions that effectively manage risk, enhance customer satisfaction and align with the RP service model. Cultivate a climate that values diversity and collaboration to provide strong career paths for teammates.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Manage the sales support team according to RP Legal&rsquo;s purpose of delivering customer-focused, innovative solutions that balance the legal risks with the business opportunities.<BR><BR>Partner primarily with Sales, as well as Plan Services (Compliance, Operations, Account Management and New Business), Field Service, Process Ops and Finance Ops, in addition to RP Legal&rsquo;s client services team &ndash; in furtherance of RP&rsquo;s business strategy.<BR><BR>Evaluate and report on evolving regulatory and legislative requirements and industry trends relevant to the RP business, which include internal education/training and advisor presentations.<BR><BR>Develop and maintain processes and metrics for key deliverables that create transparency and accountability. Use to establish the right expectations on performance and results, plus promote a culture of continuous improvement.<BR><BR>Identify talent gaps and develop teammates with leadership potential to build bench strength in support of succession management, while providing strong career paths for everyone.<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Law degree.
