The Standard is hiring an Enterprise Data Architect that will focus on BI, Data warehousing and Reporting and partner with leaders in the data community to develop a comprehensive enterprise data plan.<BR>The successful candidate is a leader capable of developing future state architectures, roadmaps and migration strategies for data. They will be expected to assess emerging technologies, qualify vendors and develop an adoption strategy consistent with industry trends and aligned with corporate direction. To be successful this candidate will need to make directional data decisions and have hands on experience with multiple data warehousing & business intelligence technologies. In addition this role is expected to mentor and develop the next generation of data architects. <BR>. <BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>As a senior data technology leader, you will be expected to:<BR>* Effectively influences the direction of data architecture and future systems development activities within IT and business organizations.<BR>* Work collaboratively with fellow Enterprise Data Architects, IT strategy teams, project management office and infrastructure organizations to conceive, create, establish, and publish roadmaps, reference architecture and enterprise guidelines.<BR>* Ability to make directional decisions for data warehousing, analytics, marts and business intelligence.<BR>* Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art data management tools techniques, problem solving techniques and data platforms. <BR>* Define data architecture standards, guiding principles, reference architectures and decision frameworks.<BR>* Guide the organization through applying data-warehousing approaches such as Kimball, Inman and agile.<BR>* Develop data architectures </font></td>
