Come join us and share our passion for serving our customers in a positively different way.<BR><BR>Assess claimants&rsquo; mental health conditions, diagnostics and ongoing treatment to determine functional capacity levels as well as the appropriateness of care. Collaborate with treating physicians and physician consultants to promote suitable care plans directed toward return to work. Communicate with claimants, treating and consulting physicians, employers, benefits personnel and community resources or others in order to establish goals and methods for return to work and remove barriers to receiving necessary services. Coordinate claim prevention, intervention and return to work programs for employers. <BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Evaluate medical history and treatment and test results from claimant interviews, file reviews and consultations with Physicians and Therapists. Provide assessments of claimants' functional capacity and their levels and expected durations of impairment. Identify and resolve stated limitations inconsistent with medical documentation by contacting treating or consulting physicains, or recomending action plan for execution by benefits personnel. Assess medical records to determine if claim is caused or contributed to by a limited or excluded medical condition. Participate in developing initial claim strategies and action plans (including initial 3-point contact) at roundtable discussions with Benefits Analysts and Vocational Case Managers. Assess ongoing adequacy and appropriateness of treatment and level of care. Work in conjunction with vocational and benefits staff to assess claimants' psychosocial, environmental, and financial status.<BR><BR>Implement and coordinate case management activities on continuing claims that bring claimants to maximum medical function or return to work.
