This requires the ability to distill complex ideas into consumable information and effectively communicate this information at all levels within IT and the business community. <BR><BR>The Business Architect creates business reference architecture by decomposing functional capabilities, identifying information needs, and driving alignment of the application portfolio. Business Architects have a rare combination of business domain knowledge, process experience, transformation talents and methodology skills that helps with communication and business change management. The Business Architect must be adept at influencing the organization in a way that drives action. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>KNOWLEDGE: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (i.e., dept/peer review).  <BR><BR>JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.<BR><BR>SUPERVISION: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel.<BR><BR>EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
