Consider joining our team.<BR><BR>Level I:<BR><BR>Responsible for cash reconciliation, reconciling share positions for all plans on a daily basis and trade preparation and delivery in a small to medium trust plan book of business.<BR><BR>Level II:<BR><BR>Responsible for cash reconciliation, reconciling share positions for all plans on a daily basis and trade preparation and delivery in a large or complex trust plan book of business.<BR><BR>Responsible for managing the work environment, identifying workforce needs and ensuring alignment with corporate manager expectations, values and vision.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Level I:<BR><BR>Complete cash reconciliation for all custodial cash accounts within all Trust/NAV plans on a daily basis, insuring plans are in balance. Communicate with internal teams, and maintain audit notes.<BR>Identify share outages for all funds within all plans on a daily basis by conducting research into custodian activity and recordkeeping system entries, to insure plans are in balance. Identify differences, and resolve or escalate to internal teams.<BR>Research and release payroll files, updating notes log and communicating with internal teams.<BR><BR>Level II<BR>Complete cash reconciliation for all custodial cash accounts within all Trust/NAV plans on a daily basis, insuring plans are in balance.
