Consider joining our team.<BR><BR>Responsible for ensuring quality control and reconciliation of financial activity for administration of the Trust/NAV platform defined contribution plans in compliance with regulatory requirements to provide customer satisfaction and contribute to growth and profitability.<BR><BR>Responsible for managing the work environment, identifying workforce needs and ensuring alignment with corporate manager expectations, values and vision.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Lead co-workers to resolve complex exception issues which cause a participant Trust/NAV account to be out of balance with the Custodian, ensuring prompt resolution so that customer balances accurately reflect financial activity and investment balances. This role may include directing internal business partners (Recon Specialists, Admin Operations or Trade Operations teams) or our vendors with appropriate steps to resolve issues on a timely basis to process NAV changes, resolve trade rejects, process income adjustments and resolve issues associated with PCRA&rsquo;s. Create and update process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy and to support audit controls. Educate co-workers about best practices to avoid costly errors.<BR><BR>Process complicated fixes and corrections in customer recordkeeping system when the adjustment is beyond the skills and abilities of other experienced operations staff (DC Analyst II or III, Omni Help team and Fund Changes teams). Identifying and recommending appropriate resolution for cash and share reconciliation issues, including reviewing daily outages and communicating these to internal staff for research and resolution.
