Come join us and share our passion for serving our customers in a positively different way.<BR><BR>The Portfolio Operations department improves and enables the processes used by the Portfolio Management Office to effectively deliver and manage IT portfolio projects, supports the knowledge and talent management of people, implements, maintains and reports on metrics that enable informed decision making and manages the supporting tools.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>The Quality Analyst establishes quality assurance processes to ensure solutions delivered are &lsquo;fit for use&rsquo; and &lsquo;fit for purpose&rsquo; by the end users. Understands statistics, quality assurance methods (e.g. root-cause and failure mode analysis) and project management. Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Deep understanding of multiple solution development lifecycles and applies continuous improvement techniques to improve delivery performance and product/solution quality. Implements review processes and quality acceptance criteria throughout the solutions development lifecycle and post production deployment &ndash; creating a &lsquo;closed loop&rsquo; assurance process. Oversees implementation of document management policies and controls over assurance artifacts. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. This position will require solid facilitation skills and a strong ability to bring together multi disciplines in collaboration to achieve common goals. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
