Extensive experience in data backup and archival solutions is required. In addition, has significant experience in messaging and working with Windows server technology.<BR><BR>Provide technical expertise in the evaluation, selection, installation, maintenance, documentation, deployment and retirement of storage products or services based on industry best practices. Develop design requirements and high level design for storage projects. This role ensures that Storage processes and procedures are aligned with Business Recovery plans.<BR><BR>Provide technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of problems in the storage environment. Maintain currency and compliance with all service delivery functions including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Develop and execute test cases and test plans based on an analysis of risk.<BR><BR>Monitor components. Develop and report, or lead others in developing and reporting, utilization metrics that contribute to reliability, scalability, availability and capacity management.<BR><BR>Provide consultation and advice to Operations and software development teams in storage best practices. Keep current on industry trends and take advantage of research and training opportunities that deliver business value and that are relevant to currently assigned work.<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>To succeed in this role you will need:<BR>* Advanced knowledge based on experience working with one or more Enterprise Storage platforms (e.g., Hitachi, EMC, IBM, HP, etc.) supporting Mainframe, UNIX and Windows </font></td>
