Participates in project efforts and provides subject matter and application expertise and data to inform impact analyses for business and IT. Participate in implementation ofAvaya IVR, Nuance NNH Outbound application, and Avaya Aura Voice Platformupgrades and modifications.<BR><BR>Work with business users and technical business partners to determine appropriate resources and provide feedback on potential solutions to effectively implement new technologies. Contribute to the development of schedules and/or plans for projects and provides input on resources necessary for effective project execution. Assist in sizing efforts of new projects and opportunities. Assist with systems enhancement request process. Collect, monitor and facilitate application enhancement logs.<BR><BR>Partner with customers to acquire necessary understanding of business objectives and processes. Advise and support business users on process and system workflow. Advise divisional employees and IT team members supporting divisional applications and processes. Identify and implement established systems best practices for divisional systems and processes. Lead efforts to resolve issues within divisional applications.
