Primary responsibilities include facilitating patient access to OHSU health care services through direct contact and phone interactions with patients including scheduling clinic appointments, gathering demographic and financial information, confirming health care coverage, obtaining referrals, answering patient questions regarding health care coverage, and directing urgent calls to appropriate resources.
