               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Pattern Developer C-12-19                                                    Job Description:  The Pattern Developer / Technical Designer will collaborate with Company's design and pattern development team to interpret design sketches into Manufacturable graded patterns and technical specifications for sample and production ready garments, meeting both the aesthetic need as well as adhering to Pendleton fit, construction, and quality standards.     Skills and Qualifications:  * Bachelors Degree  * 5 years experience and training in both flat and electronic pattern making and grading, preferably in Gerber PDS Accumark electronic patterning system.  * Experience in building of technical specifications in a development and production environment.   * Understanding of garment draping.   * Excellent human relations skills, including listening and speaking.   * Proficient in use of Illustrator software.  * Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word    Responsibilities:  * Develop initial patterns or tech packs for assigned styles, following  thru with fits, revisions, and comments including target garment measurements  until style is commercialized for production and meets PWM quality standards.  * Work with other Development Team members to meet or exceed development schedule timeline to insure on time development as measured by calendar and development dashboard.  * Collaborate with other members of the garment development team on pattern and construction methodology to achieve consistent aesthetic, fit, and construction to support QA standards.  * Grade fit approved patterns on styles and prepare patterns for production, noting and documenting necessary seam and process allowances into patterns as necessary.  * Analyze and recognize problematic garment styling to reduce issues in production and work to lower or minimize overall product cost.  * Understand Grading concepts and Grade rules and apply in development of new product grade rules in collaboration with other members of the pattern development/commercialization team as necessary.  * Work on special projects as assigned.  * Consistently demonstrate strong human relations skills and professionalism to resolve conflicts and contribute to a positive work environment.  * Other duties as assigned     Employer Comments:  Standing, sitting, for up to 8 hours a day.   Pass pre-employment background check.    Equal opportunity employer.
