               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Payroll Kronos System Administrator<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_18308<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Payroll Kronos System Administrator for a day position at Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR>* Provide support and analysis of multiple Kronos applications.<BR>* Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices<BR>* Participate on highly complex projects; providing system support and project-related activities for Finance Services<BR>* Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for supported applications and supporting system training; contributing to project plans, task details and project status documentation.<BR>* Collaborate with personnel in facilities throughout the Oregon region and from other Providence Health System Regions in support of System-wide initiatives.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field. Masters in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.<BR>* Five years of practical and progressive work experience that includes:<BR>- supporting the Workforce Central Kronos suite of products<BR>- working with client/server and host-based systems<BR>- applying regulatory requirements for payroll, timekeeping, staff scheduling, absence management<BR>- creating and modifying real-time and batch interfaces<BR>* Trained in and/or experience with Project Management<BR>* Experience with healthcare business processes and systems implementation, delivery and support preferred.<BR>* Experience using Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, Oracle DB, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Lawson preferred.<BR><BR><BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
