Here is what it takes to make the cut: a commitment to continuous learning and quality, a focus on the customer, flexibility and good relationships with others.<BR>SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:<BR>* Plan, direct, control and coordinate PBL America manufacturing<BR>* Proactively drive efforts to continually improve product cost, product quality, product delivery<BR>* Proactively improve workplace safety, employee training, employee engagement, production capacity and operating efficiency<BR>* Develop and maintain a manufacturing organization that supports the strategic direction of the Company,<BR>* Establish and track indicators for Product, Cost, Delivery, Employee Involvement<BR>* Review monthly and quarterly reviews<BR>* Balance day-to day business while driving manufacturing excellence<BR>* Develop annual operating budgets, monitor on-going intervention, take counter measures<BR>* Determine Capital equipment needs, prioritize, surplus<BR>* Participate in policy setting<BR>* Encourage and support innovation<BR>* Direct, manage and coach highly skilled staff<BR>* Lead location CI initiative<BR>* Other duties as assigned<BR>EDUCATION:<BR>* High school diploma or GED:<BR>* Must demonstrate the ability to complete theOCSG recommended training as documented       in Training and Development Central.<BR>* BS/BA degree accredited four-year university<BR>EXPERIENCE:<BR>* Minimum five years&rsquo; experience in a Plant Manager&rsquo;s position, demonstrating leadership organizational experience<BR>SKILLS NEEDED:<BR>* Fluent in both English and Spanish languages<BR>* In depth understanding of manufacturing operations and methods associated with the repetitive production, processing, and assembly of high volume close tolerance metal parts. <BR>* Broad range of knowledge of related environmental, health, safety, labor, and business law.<BR>* Broad range of knowledge of functional operations, such as multiple engineering disciplines, Finance, Human Resources, MIS, PPIC , Tooling, etc.<BR>* Broad range of knowledge including concepts and practical application of Lean and TQC.<BR>* Demonstrated skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationships with coworkers, customers and community are required.<BR>* Prior effectiveness in organization management.<BR>* Requires a high activity level and sense of urgency.<BR>* Must be aware of and respect the confidential nature of information and data that is processed<BR>* Must be decisive and make decisions with less than perfect information<BR>Core competencies: Demonstrated skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationships are required.<BR>EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE:<BR>* Excellent 401(k) plan with company match<BR>* Medical, dental and life insurance<BR>* Short and long term disability insurance<BR>* Paid vac                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
