You will partner with managers and analysts alike to create & publish reports, enabling operational workflows & raising awareness to key performance indicators. Your research & analysis skills will be put to the test when determining how best to efficiently procure & integrate data from disparate sources. We will need you to dive into our data to understand root cause on information-based questions. You will document our business requirements and resultant solutions with detailed specifications and diagrams. Solid communications skills a 'must' in this culturally diverse environment. Your desire to innovate and drive for continuous improvement will serve us well for the automation of information delivery<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* 2 years of relevant work experience; additional 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree<BR>* Able to analyze customer input, then design, develop, and support reporting solutions.<BR>* Able to conduct detailed ad hoc analysis and report out causalities.<BR>* Able to troubleshoot issues in data and recommend efficient & appropriate countermeasures.<BR>* Advanced development skills in both Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and Access (Required)<BR>* Experience with database technologies such as Teradata, MS SQL Server (Preferred)<BR>* Experience with BI Applications like Cognos BI Suite 10, BW, and Brio (Preferred)<BR>* Experience with Business Applications such as SAP, APO (Preferred)<BR>* Effective verbal and written communication skills<BR>* Must have a strong ability to clearly articulate standards, policies, and instructions<BR>* Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment<BR>* Must have the ability to travel up to 5%<BR><BR>Job: Distribution & Logistics </font></td>
