Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>As the Director of Portfolio Management, you will be a leader in the NIKE Technology Value Chain Solutions group and support NIKE&#39;s Global Supply Chain. The successful candidate will: <BR>* Demonstrate an understanding of project and portfolio management in an IT environment.<BR>* Bring a proven background and experience in Supply Chain Planning or related business areas and expert understanding of business process, scope and risk management, and scorecard/dashboard development.<BR>* Demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and team members.<BR>* Manage and lead a team of high performing individuals who create solutions to meet current and future needs for Nike.<BR>* Develop and manage a project portfolio management process that builds consistency and transparency for approximately $50 million/year in technology project spend.<BR>* Manage the direction and integration of multiple projects and dependencies, shared resources and common objectives to ensure all activities are aligned and optimized to bring maximum value to Nike.<BR>* Have the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers.<BR>* Need to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large technology project-portfolios in a product-driven environment and accountability of deadlines and value propositions.<BR>* Manage project budgets and scope, and will conduct resource planning for risks that are proactively identified.<BR>* Develop and employ strategies to bring strategic alignment between technology and business stakeholders at NIKE. <BR>This role reports to the Senior Director of NIKE Technology Value Chain Solutions (VCS) and is an integral member of the VCS Leadership Team.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>What We&#39;re Looking For<BR>To make it clear, we&#39;re not looking for just anyone.
