Studies concerning inner ear blood flow regulation, the cellular and molecular mechanisms that underlie noise-induced hearing loss, and Cochlear blood flow remodeling after damage are being conducted. Experience with small animal blood flow physiology and molecular biology as well as programming skills (MatLab) is highly desirable. Other desirable but not essential qualifications are acoustics knowledge and vascular biology.
