The position will work to process high dimensionality omic data in conjunction with phenotypes profiles from in vitro model systems.<BR>Key Responsibilities & Performance Standards (include (but not limited to):<BR>* Participate in processing sequencing data against reference genomes<BR>* Develop innovative research projects and toll sin collaboration with the principal investigators that allow visualization and interpretation of omic data<BR>* Collaborate with researchers at multiple different institutions<BR>* Prepare results for publication and presentation<BR>* Attend and present technical status reports at group meetings and scientific conferences<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> <BR>Required: <BR>* Doctorate degree in computational biology or related field<BR>* Experience in analyzing data form genome-scaling expression technologies (gene-transcript and/or proteomic cellular analyses methods)<BR>* Experience with next generation sequencing data<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>How To Apply <BR> <BR> Apply here online.
