In this role you&#39;ll provide vision, leadership and strategic direction to product engines on process standards, capabilities, technologies, and operational excellence. <BR><BR>In this role you will:<BR><BR>?   Direct strategic, complex, large organizational process development & capability programs/projects.<BR>?   Develop business and resource plans in support of Nike Product Engine Leadership&#39;s process and capability enabled priorities.<BR>?   Lead process improvement integration across all business groups and ensure strategies are translated to action as processes & capabilities are evolved to support Nike&#39;s product engine initiatives.<BR>?   Champion process and capability efforts across geographies, product engines, functions & categories while managing expectations and building shared commitment to ensure success.<BR>?   Participate at the Sr. Leadership levels to develop, align and communicate team priorities and performance.<BR>?   Provide input to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning efforts.<BR>?   Act as a catalyst for change in organizational structure as necessary to ensure excellence in product creation outcomes.<BR>?   Facilitate the flow of informal and formal communication to Sr. leadership on progress and status of improvement efforts.<BR>?   Lead a team of direct and indirect reports, including managers, leads and expert level technical professionals in support of the process excellence vision.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* <BR>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Management/Engineering/Sciences/IT or related field<BR>* <BR>Masters degree a plus<BR>* <BR>Exceptional communication skills<BR>* <BR>Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information<BR>* <BR>10 years&#39; direct leadership or relevant consulting experience within product development, RD&D, IT or engineering functions - high product environment strongly preferred<BR>* <BR>10 years&#39; experience leading process improvement efforts involving technology implementations and change management<BR>* <BR>Proven ability to lead and influence a large, diverse organization towards a common goal<BR>* <BR>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time<BR><BR>Job: Program/Process Excellence                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
