Nike is looking for the next Specialist to join our team.<BR><BR>Are you ready?<BR><BR>As our Nike Store Product Flow/Shipping & Receiving Specialist your mission is to assist the Head Coach in creating an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience in product flow of merchandise into the store and inventory to drive business results.<BR><BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR>* Ensure that product delivery, replenishment, and stocking processes are conducted in a seamless, efficient, and timely manner by the associates<BR>* Handle more complex or non-standard inventory and delivery issues<BR>* Assist Manager in training Shipping and Receiving Associates<BR>* Assist Manager in coordinating and/or guiding the work of S&R and Floor Stock Associates to maintain timely delivery of product to sales floor<BR>* Provide product flow expertise for associates and assist sales employees in locating product<BR>* Seek an ongoing training and education to further develop advanced-level knowledge<BR>* Assist with loss prevention efforts by being proactive and vigilant and by ensuring that products in vulnerable areas (i.e. shared loading dock) are closely watched or moved to more secure location<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* High school diploma or equivalent<BR>* 2 years retail sales and/or customer service experience required<BR>* Ability to communicate in English<BR>* Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time <BR>* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed<BR><BR>To ensure that we continue to hire competent, ethical and trustworthy individuals, all candidates must successfully complete a thorough background investigation prior to receiving any final offer of employment from Nike.<BR><BR>Of course our commitments don''t stop with our customers.
