This role is responsible for achieving business objectives aligned with Umpqua Bank?s Digital Customer Experience and Channel Strategy through effective partnership with key stakeholders across lines of business and departments. The Digital Channel Product Manager will prioritize new or enhanced product or channel features/functionality, develop roadmaps and business cases, and lead initiatives with consideration to customer needs, strategic direction, business priorities, and new revenue. To be successful, you will need strong skills in online product management, experience leading complex projects, and the ability to effectively work with and influence others within the Product Strategies Group and across the organization. The successful candidate will also be driven to deliver superior services and highly differentiated customer experience across the digital channels to increase the value to our customers and improve our market position.<BR><BR>Manages key areas of Umpqua online and mobile banking channels. Continuously evaluates assigned portfolio of existing and new online and mobile banking products and services, identifying revenue enhancement opportunities, tracking, communicating and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring agreed to goals and benchmarks. Partners with key stakeholders across lines of business (LOBs) and technology and creative teams to develop strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives and digital channels vision. Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluates internal and external data, industry research, customer surveys and feedback in various bank channels, and uses own market awareness to identify key business opportunities, and make sound decisions and recommendations. Organizes and leads roadmap initiatives, existing platform feature enhancement projects, and technical changes to online and mobile banking platforms. Support various LOBs requests for enhancements or to leverage existing capabilities. Identify new or expansion opportunities within LOBs not using or under-utilizing digital channels.<BR><BR>Directs or conducts competitive analysis, assessment, and research of new product and delivery channel feasibility. Uses analytical and reporting tools to develop effective financial, quality, operational, and customer satisfaction outcomes. Maintains awareness of new trends and developments in the market and in bank channel, products and services. Effectively seeks out and negotiates contracts with vendors. Articulates product positioning, key benefits and value proposition.
