Nike is the world's largest running club and is the industry-standard in terms of helping athletes reach their goals.<BR><BR>As our Quality Assurance Lead for Digital Sport, you'll be responsible for ensuring that software, firmware, and hardware shipped meet all quality and performance criteria. You'll participate in definition, execution, and evaluation of software and firmware development, and integration of detailed testing as a component in quality product development. You'll help develop test procedures and metrics to assess software and firmware performance. These procedures will combine best practices, ad hoc testing, and agile integration when applicable. You'll be responsible for defining QA improvements, as well as process improvement and feedback to the engineering and development process. You'll assist in specification and execution of quality, accuracy, and testing procedures across multiple partners and disciplines. This includes oversight of unit testing, engineering review, and integrated functional testing. Responsibilities will include evaluation of results, coordination with engineering, reporting of status and QA readiness on a per-release basis, as well as determination of go/no go steps based upon system analysis. In addition, you'll work with QA and Test and Validation Engineering to provide input on the equipment/process/software validation requirements and design control activities for new product development projects.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 5 years relevant experience<BR>* In lieu of degree, 2 years of additional work experience required<BR>* Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, QA, Experience Teams (internal and external)<BR>* Experience with quality assurance in a dynamic consumer experience environment<BR>* Experience in managing multiple tracks of work with multiple internal and external partners<BR>* Ability to maintain schedules and track against project milestones and long-term roadmaps<BR>* Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills<BR>* Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills<BR>* Demonstrated results orientation, team skills, ability to multi-task, ability to learn quickly, ability to respond to urgent needs of the team and deliver expected results within expected deadlines<BR>* Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical resource for assessing validation requirements, solving test related problems, and drawing on resources across the organiz </font></td>
