Also, supports product marketing planning, activities, and execution to improve competitive positioning.<BR>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>* Works with Product and Marketing team to develop programs and initiatives to achieve product growth including both margin and market share<BR>* Monitors competitor prices, product offerings, special offers, and sales trends within assigned product categories.<BR>* Supports effective launch of new products and creates acceptance of existing products.<BR>* Provides product training support.<BR>* Assists development of new product bulletins.<BR>* Updates catalogues and promotional material to support sales.<BR>* Provides support for product technical sales.<BR><BR>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<BR>* Education: BS/BA in Business, Agriculture, Marketing or a related field.<BR>* 2-3 years of Ag industry experience preferred.<BR>* Strong Interpersonal Skills and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task.<BR>* Analytical skills that can summarize data from different sources into a concise format a plus.<BR>* Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access)<BR><BR>BENEFITS:<BR>*                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
