This position is eligible for tenure.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> <BR>The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university?s missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service.<BR><BR>Sustain an externally-funded, established program of research and scholarship in one or more of the areas of cardiovascular, gerontologic, health systems, or public health nursing science; assist the School of Nursing to grow research capacity; lead interprofessional research collaboration within the university, nationally, and internationally; perform scholarly activities consistent with Professor level expectations.Teach and mentor faculty, doctoral students, and post-doctoral trainees. To be a participating faculty member of the School of Nursing who contributes to achievement of the missions of the University and the School of Nursing.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> <BR>Education:Earned doctorate in nursing science or related field.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>Registrations, Certifications and/or Licenses:Oregon RN license and current CPR card required.<BR><BR>Experience:Research and expertise incardiovascular, gerontologic, health systems, or public health nursing science.
