This individual provides input into matters that align with track/program structure, functions, practices, budget, and clinical oversight such that the program adheres to accreditation and state practice act standards. This individual bears the responsibility to ensure that curricular and program requisites are established according to Graduate Council norms and that operations are standardized to ensure comparable educational outcomes are met across graduate programs. The PA/LF ensures active engagement of all faculty in program recruitment, curricular development, course and program goal attainment, student engagement, and cohesive program functioning.<BR>Key Results Area: Leadership and Administration<BR><BR>* Assists in the selection of qualified faculty for respective program/track by serving on search committees and assisting with recruitment functions<BR><BR><BR>* Assists in the establishment of program/track norms that meets national accrediting standards and adheres to the effective standardization of the program/track within the graduate programs within the SON<BR><BR><BR>* Represents the program/track in critical areas, such as the budgeting process, policy and procedure development, clinical site selection, course and program evaluation<BR><BR><BR>* Uses course and program evaluation results to bring to bear continuous and systematic program improvement<BR><BR><BR>* Functions as an active member of an Integrated Learning Community and advises and ensures that faculty within the program/track are also engaged<BR><BR><BR>* Engages external and internal stakeholders in a manner that expands the program/track reach, advances the school?s reputation, secures funding, and meets emerging clinical needs.<BR><BR><BR>* Serves on both school and institutional committees for accreditation, service, and other functions<BR><BR>Key Results Area: Curriculum Advancement<BR><BR>* Builds curriculum from a foundation of graduate core courses that scaffold into increasing depth and breadth of clinical functioning<BR><BR><BR>* Ensures, through active practice engagement, that emerging and current practice needs are addressed in the curriculum<BR><BR><BR>* Maintains a program of practice engagement that brings clinical and cognitive experts to the forefront, using technology to enhance coursework through sound pedagogical practices<BR><BR><BR>* Ensures that professional formation occurs such that graduate and doctoral level development is measured and part </font></td>
