               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Program Manager<BR>Department: Employee Health (8660)<BR>Salary: Dependent on experience<BR>Schedule: Full-time<BR>Hours: 80 hrs/pp, M-F<BR>Job Details: <BR>Seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Employee Health Nurse Program Manager will oversee all Employee Health Services.<BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>Supporting the<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Missionand Values of Adventist Health while treating employee injuries and illnesses related to work and referring those cases beyond the scope of the Employee Health Program Manager (EHPM) to Occupational Medicine, Primary Care physician or the Emergency Department. The EHPM is responsible for management of workers compensation, employee health record maintenance, and the coordination of Early Return to Work programs. The EHPM also assess Medical Health Profile of employees as preliminary screening, and continued immunization compliance. The EHPM will be responsible to write, review, and maintain policies in relation to Employee Health and will be an active member of the Safety committee. <BR>Educational requirements:<BR>Must be currently licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing, Bachelors Degree preferred in addition COHN (Certified Occupation Health Nurse) required at application or within 24 months.<BR>Experience/attributes required:<BR>Applicants must be able to show evidence of effective leadership experience, and have energy, an open mind and vision to further expand the role. Must be able to work independently and plan and organize with a minimum of supervision. Will work directly with physicians, administration, managers and employees while coordinating Early Return to Work programs to reduce time loss. In addition, the Employee Health Nurse Program Manager will consult with department heads regarding medical injuries and illnesses of their employees.
