               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Project Manager<BR>Tracking Code<BR>10080<BR>Job Description<BR>Position Summary<BR>As a Project Manager, you will be the project liaison between our clients and the photography + sample management teams, as well as the Creative, Production and PrePress teams. You will be expected to manage projects from inception to completion, and must be proactive, quick thinking, a problem solver and ultra-organized, ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence. The PM will lead the day-to-day management and optimization of a weekly flyer for key national retail brand- assessing and managing the client&#8217;s needs, determining goals and coordinating a weekly publication. The Creative PM works closely with the designers, photographers, copywriters, traffic managers and production staff to set project milestones, create project timelines and track schedules and changes and to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand.Responsibilities<BR>* Act as primary point-of-contact for client on designated projects.<BR>* Communicate with the all teams across the platform (creative, photography, production and pre-press) to guarantee milestones are met.<BR>* Follow and streamline workflow procedures and quality control to handle complex, high-volume traffic for a high-profile customer account, with minimal supervision.<BR>* Manage all weekly publication change requests through flyer life cycle. This includes oversight of share point site, sample validation, and copy verification.<BR>* Demonstrate understanding in the development and execution of a weekly publication<BR>* Attend and set relevant client meetings, bringing in appropriate resources from the team as needed<BR>* Set project milestones, create weekly flyer schedules, shoot schedules, project estimates and tracks schedules<BR>* Mediate pre-pros<BR>* Work with Project specialist to ensure tracking and routing of aspects of the weekly publication are aligned<BR>* Responsible for early detection of issues.<BR>* Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.<BR>Required Skills<BR>Job Knowledge & Skills<BR>* Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or advertising, project management or comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities.<BR>* Background in the retail services industry preferred, and/or background in advertising/design agencies.<BR>* Well-rounded knowledge of print production, brand development, strategic planning and the design industry.<BR>* Must be proactive, collaborative, driven and seek excellence in execution of tasks.<BR>* Complete understanding of the &#8220;Big Picture&#8221; which allows the individual to make good sound business decisions.<BR>* Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.<BR>* Proven track record with strong and effective customer relationships and solution delivery.<BR>* Superior writing, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen for understanding.<BR>* Self-motivated,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
