               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Project Manager- Marketplace Transformation<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00065225<BR>As the Transition Manager for the Marketplace Transformation Program, you&#39;ll be joining the Global Operations organization. You&#39;ll be a part of one of Nike&#39;s largest change initiatives, improving and expanding Nike&#39;s global technology solutions in all Geographies, Categories, Products and for multiple brands.<BR><BR>You&#39;ll support the future for Nike Inc. Supply Chain Planning by leading the successful transition of employees through the adoption of new business, processes, policies and systems. You&#39;ll develop and lead an integrated transition management strategy, including: Communications, HR/Organization, Training and Business Readiness plans to ensure the Planning Transformation objectives are realized. You&#39;ll be responsible for providing regular status updates and aligning strategic plans with Nike business leaders, employees and external business partners to ensure understanding, commitment and ultimate adoption to drive benefit realization.<BR><BR>You&#39;ll also have accountability for engaging and escalating issues to keep the Planning Transformation program release strategies and plans on track. You&#39;ll be responsible for partnering with Program Leadership to assure effective master planning and integrated execution. In addition, you&#39;ll lead and manage all elements of the transition across program phases and releases to drive benefit realization.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Communications or related field.<BR>* 8-10 years experience leading implementation of large scale global supply chain/planning transformation change initiatives<BR>* Direct experience leading, developing and implementing end-to-end, integrated transition management strategies and plans.<BR>* Supply Chain/Planning management experience a must, including some time in a management position.   <BR>* Proven track record in &#39;making change stick&#39; - driving adoption through business benefit realization.<BR>* Should have an expert level understanding of Organizational Change/Transition Management concepts and best practices.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. Ability to influence and facilitate process and people-based business discussions.<BR>* Candidate must display proven track record of leading results oriented teams in high pressure or high profile assignments. <BR>* Direct IT experience is not required but familiarity and acumen in working with program and technical teams/people is a plus.<BR>* Experience leading global cross-functional, cross-cultural teams preferred.<BR>* Strong business consulting, OD, communications background preferred, with experience in program/project management.<BR><BR>Job: Distribution & Logistics                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
