Overtime may be required.                                                                                                     POSITION SUMMARY Project Managers are responsible for supporting the leading project management efforts for wireless network implementation projects for their market locations. This individual is responsible for the cost, quality and scheduling for assigned projects for work performed by internal staff, resources, and external vendors for wireless infrastructure projects for new site build and modifications to existing facilities. Required Skills S K I L L S & A B I L I T I E S   C O M P U T E R S K I L L S * Project management scheduling software experience (i.e. Microsoft Project, P3e or comparable) * Strong proficiency with MS Office. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (10 years Project Management experience with minimum 5+ years related telecommunications experience preferred). O T H E R R E Q U I R E M E N T S * Self starter with excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to establish, manage, plan and think strategically * Ability to Build and Foster Collaborative Relationships * Design and construction experience * Core network experience * Some RF engineering experience preferred. * Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities.   CERTIFICATIONS * PMP certification or equivalent Required Experience E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S * Must possess working knowledge of the wireless industry to include new site build, modifications deployment and implementation,  and some knowledge of real estate, site acquisition and zoning * Responsible for managing and controlling costs for the financial cycle of the project to include budget control and maintenance, financial tracking, reporting and bidding, proposal management, purchase orders, and review and approval of vendor invoices, and project close-out. * Prepares the scope of work to include pricing, </td>
