Greet members by name, answer phone calls, operate POS, follow opening and closing procedures, knowledge of membership software, distribute towels, update displays, schedule appointments. Provide information and registration for membership, programming, events, and classes. Execute superior customer service.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Public contact training or experience which included exchange of information, goods, or money. Experience answering questions and providing information. Experience delivering superior continuous quality and facilitating high membership satisfaction. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Extremely well-organized. Outstanding people skills. Ability to project and promote a healthy image. Great communicator. Ability to communicate to members and staff in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Must be able to obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification upon hire.
