<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: QA Manager<BR>Location: Oregon-OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_120034254<BR>U.S. Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with demonstrated project management and process improvement experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Oversees the development, implementation, control, and distribution of all Quality Assurance practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics. Leads practices necessary to produce quality products/services and manage risk. Helps to establish quality standards to be universally applied throughout the site and recommends quality improvements. Conducts program reviews and complex process audits. Assists in major audits/reviews of programs and subcontractors. Supports Quality Assurance staff programs or projects. Ensures processes focus consistently on 'best practices' to ensure quality assurance objectives are maintained. Examines adherence to quality standards in development and implementation of production applications and the effectiveness of the assurance process. Assists management with internal problem/issue resolution insuring department efficiencies and service quality are consistently maintained. Monitors staff training initiatives and development to ensure quality support is maintained. Ensures quality staff monitoring is conducted, completed, and tracked in agreement with senior/site management expectations. Reviews status of quality assurance initiatives and collaborates with other IT managers to ensure quality objectives are being attained. Oversees multiple quality assurance projects which include development, installation, and maintenance. Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Schedules and prioritizes work and activities to meet target schedule, quality, scope, and cost objectives. May manage a small staff of employees including employee relations, performance, and reviews.
