BPO is a specialized division of KellyOCG that provides outsourcing solutions for the staffing and daily operational management of our client's critical non-core functions and/or departments. BPO assumes total accountability for improving performance and reducing cost through world-class procedures that optimize efficiency and productivity with measurable results.<BR><BR>This position is responsible for driving quality, production and technical priorities including the setting of Kelly OCG team assignments for the client facility in Portland, OR. This position is responsible for delivering value in cost reductions and/or productive increases by executing the BPO Operating System. The Supervisor is responsible for the complete work outcome responsibilities surrounding the non-core customer function of the Quality and Technical department. The Supervisor is also responsible for payroll, coordination of recruiting, customer invoicing, employee relations and scheduling by utilizing the tools developed by BPO for these processes.<BR><BR>1.0 Scope<BR>The scope of this position will encompass the responsibilities of all Full Time and Part Time employees.<BR><BR>2.0 Responsibilities<BR>· Being the chief architect of the client facility in Portland, OR ISO Quality System including the vision, development, implementation, communication and maintenance of the quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system and ISO requirements.<BR>· Directs all related activities of Quality Department including, but not limited to, full production support, finished /in-process product and ingredient testing, testing equipment, training programs, ISO, HACCP, GMP and document control.<BR>· Defining, quantifying, analyzing, executing and ensuring follow-up on all quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. <BR>· Setting up and maintaining a clear plan of execution for the documentation, control, and roll out of all ISO procedures. Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action needed to correct ISO deficiencies and compliance with customers’ specifications.<BR>· Developing and agreeing to standards for the Quality and Technical departments and establishing clearly defined quality methods for Kelly OCG staff to execute upon across all shifts and departments.<BR>· Responsible for compliance with all Corporate, Facility, Federal and State quality and sanitation standards, including the application of environmental and health and safety standards.<BR>· Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.<BR>· Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifica </font></td>
