Review and analyze property rights and private property ownership reports for use in managing our client?s land use requests.<BR>? Provides routine courthouse real estate research including ownership, land rights, property descriptions, zoning, land use planning, etc.<BR>? Review real estate related agreements for compliance.<BR><BR><BR>Job Title: Realty Technician (4 openings)<BR>Job Location: Portland, Oregon<BR>Job Status Long-Term contract 2-5 years<BR>Pay Rate/Salary Range: $27.74 [$57.6/k annualized]<BR>Eligibility Requirements:<BR>? Five + years of direct work experience in a land management capacity, including all aspects of process development, planning and execution.<BR>? Requires professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services, which may include Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services, Realty Support Services, or experience coordinating projects that include these support services<BR>? Requires knowledge of land management and acquisition templates<BR>? Office Suite software: Outlook, Excel and Word (including MS Office 2010) required.<BR>? LIS, Application Extender, and ProjectWise experience is required.<BR>? Assertive communication skills required, both verbal and written<BR>? Possess a valid state drivers license<BR>? Travel will be required - up to 50% of the time [Oregon, Washington, Northern California, Idaho, Montana] [expenses and per diem paid while traveling]<BR>?
