MANAGERS WILL DECIDE WHO WILL BE PUT ON WHAT SHIFT.**<BR><BR>PAY RATE: $16.00-16.80/HOUR<BR><BR>RECRUITING EVENT LOCATION:<BR>Volt Technical Resources<BR>1300 SW 5th Avenue, Suite 2600<BR>Portland, OR 97201<BR><BR>****YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND MONDAY OCTOBER 22ND****<BR>Volt Technical Resourceswill be holding a Recruiting Event at their downtown office in the Wells Fargo Tower on Monday, October 22nd between the hours of 10am and 1pm.<BR>BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS:<BR>* Start and complete systems in Test following Manufacturing process.<BR>* Meet Production schedule while maintaining the highest level of product quality.<BR>MAJOR DUTIES & TASKS:<BR>* Be a resource to test all new products introduced inHillsboroManufacturing.<BR>* Efficiently manage multiple systems under Test.<BR>* Follow ORT test Processes and Procedures to troubleshoot failures to an Assembly level.<BR>* Provide timely and accurate Data Reporting through Failure Reporting system and System Status logs.<BR>* Escalate issues in a timely manner through the appropriate channels.<BR>* Provide Manufacturing Technician representation in meetings - provide input as required.<BR>* Provide technical support to the team through OJT and/or SFA.<BR>* Support and implement NPIs, purges and process alerts as needed.<BR>* Use web browser and e-mail to communicate status and keep informed of priorities.<BR>* Ensure that process documentation is correct; ensure that training and certifications are current.<BR>* Follow safety policies and ergonomic requirements while performing your job.<BR>* Comply with ESD policies and ensure that the processes and equipment also meet requirements.<BR>* Identify and implement Process Improvements for the department and your job.<BR>These are one-year PLUS contingent/temporary positions inHillsboro, OR, throughVolt Technical Resourceslocated in Portland, OR.
