The Registered Nurse assesses patients and family needs, develops a plan of care, and implements and evaluates the care delivered. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice in accordance with professional standards, core values, and with a commitment to service excellence.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: BSN preferred. State of Oregon Registered Nurse License. BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross. One (1) year of hospital experience. Medical-Surgical nursing experience, administration of blood products, IV therapy skills, Pyxis experience preferred, basic computer and typing skills, meets physical requirements. Preferred: Two (2) years of hospital experience.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> Orientation two (2) weeks (depending on experience). Ability to assist patients and staff in transferring and lifting patients. Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and continually walk for up to 12 hours a day.
