The Registered Nurse assesses patient's needs, develops plan of care, implements and evaluates nursing care: provides education and consultation to staff, students, patients and community. Age specific scope of practice Geriatric, Adult, Adolescent.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Current, unencumbered Oregon Nursing License, BLS and ACLS. Three (3) years current RN critical care experience in a high acuity critical care setting. Completion of a critical care internship or equivalent. Float within assigned units. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Verifiable by reference: dependable work history, excellent time management and team skills, work habits and customer service. Preferred: BSN, CCRN, TNCC, two (2) year commitment to float pool.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> One month orientation period. Constant exposure to usual hospital environmental conditions. Possible exposure to body substances. Abitlity to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, stand, walk throughout the shift.
