The Registered Nurse assesses patient and family needs, develops a nursing plan of care, implements and evaluates the care delivered. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice in accordance with professional standards, core values, and with a commitment to service excellence.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> State of Oregon Registered Nursing License. BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association. Experience as an RN working with patients with acute psychiatric disorders. Effective Communication Skills. Flexibility; Effective Problem solving skills; Demonstration of collaborative teamwork. Preferred: BSN. One (1) year acute care psychiatric experience. ANCC Mental Health Nursing Certification.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> Orientation: two (2) to six (6) weeks. Exposure to patients with behavioral dyscontrol.
