<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse-Clinical Nurse (ALS) Coordinator(Temporary)<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_18994<BR>Providence is calling a temporary full-time Registered Nurse-Clinical Nurse Coordinator(ALS) for a day shift position at Providence Professional Plaza in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Be responsible for monitoring medical, physical, and psychiatric care needs of patients receiving nursing care from the Providence Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Center.<BR>* Facilitate the patient care flow in the clinic while providing direct patient care for an assigned provider and case management for designated patients.<BR>* Facilitate the workflow in the area by conducting nursing assessments and documentation.<BR>* Perform nursing assessment of patients who are managed by the interdisciplinary care team and coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.
