               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse Coordinator-Spine Program<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_07817<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Registered Nurse Coordinator-Spine Program for a day shift position at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Work closely with the Executive Director, PBI and the PBI RN Program Developer to implement and maintain a formal spine program focused on appropriate indications and patient outcomes.<BR>* Work with Program physicians to triage patients based on acute and chronic back pain symptoms to the appropriate care provider using established protocols and treatment processes.<BR>* Work with Program physicians & care teams to ensure appropriate data collection and implementation of tracking tools for both spine and cranial outcomes and procedural indications.<BR>* Provide patient education and care management is a key responsibility and will be coordinated with all Providence stakeholders.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* Current Oregon RN license.<BR>* 5 years nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of 3 years required which includes experience working with patients with neurological conditions and/or other chronic conditions.<BR>* Experience working with patient families & caregivers.<BR>* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.<BR><BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* American Association of Neuroscience Nursing membership and certification preferred.<BR><BR>About Providence in Oregon<BR><BR>As the largest health care system and largest private employer in Oregon, Providence offers exceptional work environments and unparalleled career opportunities.<BR><BR>The Providence Experience begins each time our patients or their families have an encounter with a Providence team member and continues throughout their visit or stay.
