               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse- Home Health<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_19815<BR><BR>Providence is calling a full-time  Registered Nurse- Home Health for a day shift position at Providence Mall 205 in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
